Things I Did to Cope Up With Asthma

I developed allergic rhinitis as a young boy, and by the time I got into College, I started experiencing asthma attacks as well. Life is difficult for an asthma sufferer like me, and other people out there suffering from the same condition would agree with me about that.

You probably know that asthma and allergic rhinitis are considered by most experts as “incurable” medical conditions. Yes, they are manageable, but you can’t really get them out of your system, and they can strike again without warning if triggered. I agree with this, because even if I was able to control my condition, there are times that I still experienced attacks, although not as frequent.

Perhaps the reason that I don’t experience attacks more often these days is that I have learned how to control the condition. I know I am not fully invulnerable to asthma, but if I stick to doing the right things, there’s no way it’s going to bother me at the same level that it used to.
